What we collect

When you complete the quote form you send us only: your name, telephone number, an optional email address, your district, the subject you selected and your message.

This site sets no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies, and runs no third-party visitor-tracking scripts.

Purpose and legal basis

Your details are used solely to prepare a quote in response to your request and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form, and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

Sharing

Form submissions pass through the email infrastructure used to deliver the message to us. Beyond that your details are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. They may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for a reasonable period after the enquiry is concluded, then deleted. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask whether your data is being processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected, erased or destroyed, and object to its processing.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The infrastructure provider may process technical records such as IP addresses for security and service delivery.
